Missing instructions for setting up Redis on ARM64 K8s

Describe the issue

bitnami's helm install for Redis does not work on ARM64 K8s.

Expected content

Not sure yet, needs to find a good alternative that would work on ARM64 k8s.

"soon" is not the word I would use for Bitnami's ARM64 efforts.
