Surface Error Messages

Describe the proposal

Recently I encountered an issue where my sentry pod's certificates were out of date. It took a day or two to finally figure this out and see the sentry logs. It would have been nice for the dashboard to surface this error (or all ERROR from logs) somewhere in the UI.
