Expected Behavior

dashboard should report mTLS as enabled true in config visualisation

Actual Behavior

dashboard reports mTLS as enabled false in config visualisation in the first screen:

mTLS is reported as enabled in the second screen:

mTLS is indeed enabled, it can be seen in the daprd logs:
