Usage of global.scheduler.enabled in helm chart

Hello 👋🏻 !

We've just discovered that the usage of global.scheduler.enabled is not clear.

The documentation mention :

Enables the Dapr Scheduler building block. When "false", the Dapr Scheduler service is not installed, and attempting to schedule jobs in Dapr will fail.

But the reality is : we are creating the Statefulset with 0 replicas

Is this something intended ? If it's the case, why ?
