More stable components for 1.10
Description: For 1.10 we want to try and target getting a few more components to stable. This issue will be the tracking issue for this initiative in the 1.10 release.

Given the way release notes are generated it isn't ideal to have both the Epic as well we individual issues tagged with the milestone.
I prefer not tagging this epic and only adding it to the project board.
