Add the RocketMQ MetaData configuration to be consistent with the configuration of the RocketMQ GO Client. Support for RocketMQ's orderly message capabilities. Re-implement the Subscribe startup logic.

I noticed we are using go-rocketmq 2.1.1-rc2 but there is version 2.1.1 which is very different.

Could you also help getting us into a stable version instead of the RC?

v2.1.1-rc2 is the latest compatible version. The stable version of v2.1.1 is not compatible, so I rolled back to v2.1.0
