Few observations based on preliminary review of the binding -

1. All query operations like adding/modifying vertex, properties, relationships seem to work fine.
2. This binding component is using an OSS library gremcos client to interface with gremlin server. It seems like this library is still under development but has very less activity. There are very few stars and fork on the repo at this moment and also there is just a single release as of now.

We might need to revisit this issue later depending on the priority.

I have never heard of any user or customer actually using this. We should not work on this further unless we can identify real customers asking for this.
