Should be able to use the Query API with the Redis component after dapr init

Users should be able to use the Query API with the default Redis component that is initialized after running a dapr init.

Today, users need to use a different state store component to try the API.

@greenie-msft @artursouza With the proposal for DocumentStore building block, this should change to use that API IMO.
