Weekly updates to dapr/dapr dependency in CLI
Describe the proposal
Currently CLI depends on dapr runtime repo. There are situations where the code has changed in dapr repo which affects how that code is used in cli.
This then has to be fixed when getting the latest dapr rc version into cli as dependency.
This proposal is to automatically update the dapr dependency in cli on a weekly basis to the commit that is present in dapr master when the automation runs.
This will help in identifying any changes that has occurred in dapr that breaks the CLI code sooner and also helps in fixing it sooner than waiting for release endgame week.
