Packages Network Tab `Public port mapping` / `HTTPs domain mapping` toggle

Once the changes in https://github.com/dappnode/DNP_DAPPMANAGER/issues/1984 are complete, merge Public port mapping and HTTPs domain mapping sections into a single section. Implement a switch to control which section is displayed, allowing only one to be rendered. (Same functionality, just renderieng one or another, but not both at the same time)
