JIRA cloud API v3 support

Atlassian seems to have added API v3, which can be seen here: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v3/intro/

This issue is to track what I can/should do with this to keep the project running.

Hello @Lakritzator and thank you for this tool.

Quite recently (in September I think), Jira stopped supporting parts of the v2 API, typically regarding search.

We started receiving:

The requested API has been removed. Please migrate to the /rest/api/3/search/jql API. A full migration guideline is available at https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046

Any plan to support this?
