If you're going with GPLv3, why not go a little further and use the Affero GPL? This protects against SaaS, which is a context I'd imagine feedbase being used in.

hahahaha, tried to sneak that in

we can remove it, I just wanted to be as cool as ethcore

I don't know what it would even mean for a smart contract, and even if it did mean something we probably wouldn't want to impose any restrictions anyway
