Detect changes to list of accounts loaded into the Polkadot.js extension so clicking "Sign In" lists all accounts

after i create a Subsocial account, and then i import it into Polkadot.js extension, if i then click "Sign in" on the page https://app.subsocial.network/@subsocial, it doesn't automatically load the account that i just imported into Polkadot.js extension. i first have to refresh the page before i click "Sign in" for that new account to be listed. could Subsocial be updated so it somehow detects when a new Subsocial account has been added to Polkdot.js extension so that list is always the latest?
