feat(devops): Add test and coverage scripts

Add test and shell scripts, update dependencies, remove unnecessary ethForEveryone in tests, add coverage report.

Quick modifications that I did while I was working in the PR #758 adding the walletScheme. I think it will be super useful to have them in the code.
