Add voting history to profile

Checking out profiles should support viewing an individuals voting history.

Would appreciate any feedback on this PR as I wasn't familiar with the query patterns/best practices for this codebase. Submitting it as my activation proposal for dOrg.

If anyone has 15-min, I'd love to ask some questions around css/standards for this codebase. Functionality shown below

Not sure why this build is failing, would love someone else's input before I dive down the rabbit hole on it.

@leviadam @ben-kaufman can you let me know what steps there are to get a review/get this merged? Looking for some support before merging in (also not sure what the status of this project is, since last committed code is from a few months ago)
