DAOS-11762 test: Match log threshold with log rollover size (#10479)

Updated launch.py to log all activity into an avocado-like job-results directory in a job.log. All actions performed before and after running each test files and also logged in their own sequence numbered log file. Any errors that occur in this log file are tracked in a results.xml file and will now appear in the Jenkins Test Results.

Improvements have been made to the archiving steps performed by launch.py after executing each test file. The use of a remote shell script has been replaced by clush find commands. Copying files back to the job-results directory on the launch node now uses clush --rcopy resulting in job-result sub-directories with node name extensions. The core file processing steps have now been moved to their own python file to allow usage outside of launch.py.

Additional harness tests have been added to verify the new launch.py error reporting as well as the recently introduced cmocka xml file checking. The core file harness test was also updated to wait for the engine to finish writing the core file before finishing. The setup test has been separated out into vm and hw versions to allow usage on smaller clusters.

New user_utils.py and run_utils.py files added to facilitate these changes.
