Changed the link for "tables do not work for categorical variables" to point to a similar issue that is already triaged

The source of this information should probably be countries_regions and we should do that when we switch to that mechanism for understanding geo entities (related to #1245)

Yeah good call - I did some more tests and it's hard to make this work in a predictable way for various edge cases. Abandoning this PR.

Closing this; as part of issue #1118 it was decided that distinct bar charts should be single color by default instead and it was implemented like this
