tt subcommands

Enable the services, can operate in system mode (handling root and specific user services) and in user mode (handling all services marked with
user). - [x] disable Same as enable, but for disabling.
- [x] start Start one or more enabled services. Optionally add keywords to manage all services?
- [x] stop Same as tt-start. How does it behave when service A depends on B and B is going go be stopped?
- [ ] edit-config (alias of 66-env) Query the default and current configuration for the services. Also modify the current one.
- [ ] hpr Handle the shutdown of the system, starting stage2.tini and stage3 if necessary. (Is this needed?)
- [x] svc Start, manage and supervise all the services for the current user. Also starts a svc
- [x] status Show the status of the system
- [x] show Show the status of one service
