Update project contact email

Currently the main contact email is Dan's old @cmu address. Let's create an @perspectives-project.org address that (privately) goes to all developers, so it doesn't fall on Dan to answer every email. This will help keep the project alive and maintainable as people come and go.

@danwent I'll need your help with this as you currently control the perspectives-project domain name :)

I discovered we can control this through WordPress! I have set up some mailboxes and we're almost ready to go. We just need to confirm we can redirect email to dan's address and then I can make the announcement.
