Toolbar button does not have text; only icon

If you customize your Firefox toolbars and decide to show 'Icons and Text' or just 'Text', the Perspectives toolbar button still displays an icon an nothing else. We should add text so it can display in those modes as well.

A new menu was introduced with one of the recent Firefox versions (I think 28). A text is shown below the icon for the toolbar preview but I don't know how to set "text only" toolbars in the new Firefox. It looks strange in the new "iconified menu" though. perspectives-iconmenu
