add option to hide context menu

Hey Dan, does this mean the Perspectives sub-menu in the Tools menu, or what did you want to hide here?

ah, no, this refer to the fact that perspectives shows up as one of the items in the context menu seen when a user right clicks on the content of a web page. Some people didn't like this. I don't see this as a high priority issue, though its pretty easy to fix.
