Request for functionality similar to KB SSL Enforcer

Yes I am requesting the functionality of KB SSL Enforcer to be included into Perspectives. ForceHTTPS does what KB SSL Enforcer does only for select sites. I would like to see it try every site I visit and either white or black list the sites depending on whether there is an active https version, like KB SSL Enforcer. I have already checked through most plugins for something like KB SSL Enforcer and have found nothing. This makes sense because if people were being redirected to https://computerworld.com rather than computerworld.com then firefox would through up their "this is a self signed certificate" error and people would not be happy surfers. Where as with your wonderful plugin this would not be the case.
