Occasional ghost image where part of graph is rendered in the wrong location and the rest does not get updated
I originally put this on StackOverflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49240286/dygraph-graph-gets-distorted-partially-shifted.
The problem seems to be related to Windows 10 scaling the display on laptop screens. I have a second screen connected to my laptop, which has the scaling set to 100% in display properties. My laptop screen's scaling is set to 125%. If I view a Dygraph on the laptop screen, and repeatedly minimise and restore the browser window, the graph will become corrupted after a dozen or so attempts (sometimes more). If I do the same on the second monitor, the graphs are always drawn correctly. If I leave the graph showing on my laptop screen, or minimised on that screen, it eventually gets drawn incorrectly as well, although the time required is random it seems. This happens with Chrome 65.0.3325.181 64-bit.
Perhaps this bug is related to #440 as the symptoms described there are similar to this bug, although the browser's zoom is set to 100% and doesn't change.
I've tried with Dygraph version 2.1.0 as well as a version from 2014 (not sure about the version number though). Both exhibit the same behaviour.
