dygraphs does have TypeScript definitions, btw https://yarnpkg.com/package/@types/dygraphs

I believe that comment is out of date. The type declarations include a few options like legendFormatter and highlightSeriesBackgroundColor which were only added in 2.0 . FWIW I use @types/dygraphs...

Does the "no interaction model" on http://dygraphs.com/tests/interaction.html do what you want?
