Unable to install xmltools

I get the following error: `Installing package into ‘C:/Users/Ariel Karlinsky/Documents/R/win-library/3.6’ (as ‘lib’ is unspecified)

  • installing source package 'xmltools' ... ** using staged installation ** R Error : (converted from warning) unable to re-encode 'xml_view_trees.R' lines 75, 78, 85, 90 ERROR: unable to collate and parse R files for package 'xmltools'
  • removing 'C:/Users/Ariel Karlinsky/Documents/R/win-library/3.6/xmltools'`

I have this same issue, along with "data.R" is missing. ???
