How to use CodeGen? How to update the library to the latest version?

You need ruby and a "make" program (GNU/BSD make from Linux/macOS, or MSVC nmake from Visual Studio).

Then follow the instruction in https://github.com/dantmnf/tdlib-netcore#targeting-different-tdlib-version
