No Throttle bar or Joystick

I downloaded everything necessary, read the README, and set everything up but I can’t seem to get my throttle or joystick to appear yet I can open menu mode, edit, and navigate menus. I can’t move at all though due to the inability to see or touch my bars. Everything launches fine, but it also says my POV 2 is unbound.
