You've got two problems to solve it seems.

vJoy is saying that another program is using vJoy and EVRC can't use vJoy device 1-2. You're going to have to figure out which program and turn it off.

Most people with "App:" get it because they haven't followed the Oculus Workaround. However you're getting warnings about OpenVR straight up not being able to connect to SteamVR. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

almost exactly same here, but joysticks free, shows it can't connect to steam VR oculus2 + airlink. Any ideas how to debug ?

@zba Yours isn't exactly the same. The OP's issue is the SteamVR plugin straight up can't connect to SteamVR. Yours can but can't find the HMD. To confirm, have you made sure to follow the Oculus Workaround instructions (running ED in Windows 7 mode)? Because that is the standard issue that people have when using Oculus and getting the empty "App:".

If that's not the case I'm not sure whether I can help you. Since the SteamVR plugin is saying SteamVR itself can't find your HMD. The only thing I could do is update the plugin on the slim hopes that it just needs a new version.
