I noticed that some of the mlops roadmap topics where in a really old style, updated them all to the "new" style.

This PR is intended to update and clean the links within the FE roadmap.

#7172 I added a new sub-topic to "more about databases", this topic being "migrations". Copy and links have also been added.

Added a project that requires the user to: - setup minikube for local cluster use - setup remote eks cluster - create a basic containerized application - create github actions...

A simple bastion host project has been created with limited handholding and basic requirements. This project will appear as the last "basic" project for DevOps (and only DevOps atm)

added the guide as per Ed's instruction as well as linking it in the FAQs

Relational and Conditional operators are the same thing, as even stated in the Relational Topic. Removing this as requested in #7609
