  1. How/where do I execute the various admin commands - create_user, ...
  2. How do I login as an author, reader, ... (ie: not admin)

It's really text edit driven. Look around in the user folder you can find an example

For non admin, in username.ini set the role to user. I will mark it as fixed. Thanks
