Updated proto & Fixed Dishy Metrics
Description
- Updated proto for dishy based on new firmware 5564993e-1c93-4219-95b1-3fdb2373c468.uterm.release (https://www.reddit.com/r/Starlink/comments/s9ccl8/new_firmware_12122_5564993e/)
- Updated dependencies
- Fixed Uptime and DeviceInfo (also in PR #42)
- Removed some depreciated metrics
- Added new metrics from dishy (dishOutage, dishGpsValid, dishGpsSats, dishStowRequested, dishAlertRoaming)

Excellent, I will grab from your fork..thanks. I also think the Grafana Dashboard is no longer in sync with the metrics
