python binding issue

after install the mingw and swig, cd to the folder with :make desktop LANG=python NAME=ofxPythonBindings but i'm got this error Makefile:119: recipe for target 'openFrameworks' failed make: *** [openFrameworks] Error 1 any ideas? thank you
