ofxPd stops recieving messages (bangs) when ofxMidi is currently running on ios

ofxPd is currently not receiving any bangs despite having the code present in multiple instances to recieve these messages but currently is not receiving them.

It's hard to know what is going on without further detail: operating system, basic outline of how ofxPd and ofxMIDI are being used, etc...
