How do I restart startAndLoopMulti?

I ran the handler through pm2 and artisan on laravel. pm2 restarts startAndLoopMulti once a day, but it happens that scripts cannot run. They hang at the start and that's it. What it might be related to. I would like to restart them once an hour.
