Unable to use local storage option. "Connect to a Server" menu cannot be bypassed to start using the app.

Expected Behavior

The ability to store data locally as advertised on the app's homepage and this github page.

Current Behavior

The "Connect to a Server" menu blocks the use of the program and cannot be bypassed in order to use local storage. I don't own a website, and I'm not sure why I would need one to use a note-taking app.

Possible Solution

Fix the Cancel and X buttons on the Connect to Server menu.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download and open the app.

2. Get stopped by the Connect to Server menu.
