Scrapbook should work with basic windows shortcuts

1. clip a webpage
2. open explorer to its file location inside the scrapbook folder
3. move its index.html to desktop
4. create a shortcut of this index.html
5. move this shortcut to the same file location inside the scrapbook folder that was used in step 2
6. open index.html (shortcut file) manually (it opens the webpage)
7. Go to scrapbook and open the captured web page from side bar. (it doesn't opens)
