Enhancement: Retention settings for chat and files

What features would you like to see added?

The ability to configure retention at the tenant level for chat and files. Different retention configuration for chat and files.

E.g. Chats older than 30 days are deleted automatically. Files older than 6 months are purged from the system.

To limit the file uploads per user. For instance, if only 10 file uploads are required then for 11th file upload the user should be compelled to delete one or more files from the files section to boost storage usage.
