Support for Nginx 1.11.5 and Dynamic Module

I would appreciate it if you could convert the config file to the new style so it could be built as a dynamic module for nginx > 1.9.13. I use nginx 1.11.5 installed from nginx-repository and it would be nice to load your module as a dynamic module into nginx instead of compiling it inside the server.
