Disable Cancel button when editing a post in preview mode

User reports that they've lost progress multiple times by accidentally pressing Cancel to leave preview mode.

Easy enough for me to remove the button from preview mode and also distance it from the Submit button to avoid fat-fingering.

I'll reopen this til I recompile and push the change since it will have been the first time I've touched my gulp tasks in 2 years.
