Ensure post html/markup (esp not both) are loaded when they are not used

Looks like I have SELECT posts.* on show-topic which is wasteful and doubles the memory fetched/loaded. Need to to an explicit projection to fetch just what I need.

Need to look around for SELECT posts.* is other places to factor it out.
