Enhancement: Ability to attach a file when rejecting an approval proccess

In many cases document should be confirmed by over company. For example, confirmed by a customer. In this approve process the reasons for reject current document version can come as a file (by E-mail or scanned to picture file FAX-page) from over company. Could be very nice to to have a feature for add a reject reason file because only a text windows for add reason is present. Text windows is not usable for approve process with customer step confirmation.
