Create a release only view

Feature request: we are using DMSF for document control and one usefule feature would be to have a folder property that would only show the released version of a document. So people could be working on a document but only the version that was approved through a workflow would be displayed in that folder.

I am a little confused with this in DMSF because I think the expected behavior of approval workflow is that people not involved whit workflow can't see the document until is approved, at least those that have workflow in process. Somebody know which is the current logic of this ?

All documents are visible for all allowed users independently on workflow statuses. The only effect of an unfinished workflow on the document is that the document is locked during the workflow life cycle.

what about add a user role that just permit view approved document or document that must approve?

+1 for this. We are also want to hide locked documents (which are not approved) from "other" users.

Is this possible in 3.1.3? (Did not found a way after checking all the settings...)
