Scale and crop to preselected size.
Say I want to crop to a fixed size of 1024x768 (4:3). Custom 16:12 allows me to specify the appropriate aspect ratio, but it is difficult to hit the right size of the cropped image. Furthermore, rather than just cropping it would be interesting to mark a region regardless of size (but with appropriate aspect ratio) and then have croptool automatically crop and scale the image to the specified size (eg 1024x768).
It is relevant if you want to produce a homogenous series of images.

No prob, that's an easy catch.

Then I would have to rename the tool to "crop-and-scale-tool" ;) No, but seriously, I'll consider adding this. And after the latest UI update, there's quite some free space, so it should be possible to add it without making the UI cramped.
