Feature suggestion: Crop tool should adapt image annotation for new size

When Crop Tool gadget is used in Commons on an image with annotations, the annotation code is unchanged and therefore it stops working with the new size.

It would be nice that Crop Tool computed the new coordinates for the extant annotations or at least offered to delete all previous annotations.
