croptool does not check if the original file URL is a redirect

Steps to reproduce:

• Enter https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Test.png&redirect=no in https://croptool.toolforge.org
• Make a change to the file and upload as a new file
• Bug: The file is uploaded to https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Test_(cropped).png, not File:PNG Test (cropped).png
• Bug: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Test_(cropped).png is a redirect
• Bug: {{Image extracted}} is added to https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Test.png&redirect=no, not File:PNG Test.png
