Zoom into the image without moving the crop region

There is already a zoom function within CropTool, but it moves the crop region along with the view (instead of staying where it is on the image). Because of this, users can't adjust their crop to precisely match with the border, especially for higher-resolution images.

No worries, while mentioned in #133, it's not really the topic of that issue. Also, this was recently brought up at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons_talk:CropTool#Rotation
