restore button not working
Hi when I hit the restore button I can see the file upload in the console but it don't seems to start the restore process.
is this something that I'm doing wrong? If I download and push the file manually it is working fine.
what version of tasmobackup are you using?
latest one 1.04.26
what can I provide in order to help you fix the issue? Am I doing something wrong?
Same problem here.
06:23:39.654 RSL: STATE = {"Time":"2022-05-04T06:23:39","Uptime":"0T05:15:11","UptimeSec":18911,"Heap":27,"SleepMode":"Dynamic","Sleep":50,"LoadAvg":19,"MqttCount":0,"POWER":"ON","Wifi":{"AP":1,"SSId":"Cecil_NoT","BSSId":"26:5A:4C:18:C3:25","Channel":6,"Mode":"11n","RSSI":84,"Signal":-58,"LinkCount":1,"Downtime":"0T00:00:06"}} 06:24:40.504 UPL: File config.dmp 06:24:40.534 UPP: Multicast (re)joined
But no restore perfomed?
EDIT: I just realised the backups can be manually restored using the "restore config" from the device UI
Same problem here and I can see this issue has been opened for almost a year, is this happening to everyone? because if that is the case then this add-on becomes useless, as the value of creating backups that cannot be restored is none. Is there a workaround for this, or any other way to restore backups?
I've got the same issue too. @patrickdk77 any clues as to what might be happening here?
I have the same issue still as OP with TasmoBackup Current version: 1.05.00 Home Assistant 2023.2.5 Supervisor 2023.01.1 Operating System 9.5 Frontend 20230202.0 - latest
If I use the device UI to restore, I lose connection the device because it gets assigned a different IP address.
