Make it possible to delete own post

It would be good to be able to remove ones own post in a dialogue. It happens that teachers, often being active in several dialogues with different students, posts something (that might be sensitive) in the wrong dialogue.

A grace period to edit/delete, like in the forums, and with a permission for admins to overrride that period, would be very useful.
