Allow sessions to be drag/dropped on the calendar

Other activities, like assignments, quizzes, can be dragged and dropped in the calendar to adjust their due date. Can this be done for Attendance Sessions as well? #

Hi @shmevan18 sounds like a useful addition! - it's unlikely I'd work on this sort of feature development as a volunteer though, feel free to reach out privately if you would like to fund improvements to the attendance plugin - pull requests are also always welcome!
