[Feature Request]: Change Taskbar Shortcuts based on Virtual Desktop

What feature?

I think a common function of virtual desktops is for different user experiences. eg. work / personal. However this is currently limited in windows with virtual desktops, because even though you can have different windows per desktop, you can't have different shortcuts.

This becomes an issue if for example you have outlook and teams on one desktop, and you restart your computer, you need to switch to that desktop and specifically reopen those applications.

I think a killer feature would be to have alternating taskbar shortcuts based on virtual desktop so it's much easier to manage.
